PIGMENT

We carry Foam Tint Pigments that are manufactured by Kirsch Chemical Company.  Foam Tint Pigments have been formulated to be used with polyurethane casting resin.  We recommend that you pigment the 'B' side of our MODEL-CAST formula prior to mixing with the 'A' side.  If you are pigmenting a MODEL-CAST formula that is white or off-white you will obtain a pastel color. The maximum amount of pigment required will be 5% per volume.   If you are pigmenting a MODEL-CAST formula that is clear or translucent you will obtain a true solid or transparent color. The maximum amount of pigment required will be 2.5% per volume.   We can recommend the color and MODEL-CAST formula to meet your needs.  Foam Tint Pigments come in black, blue, brown, green, orange, red, white and yellow.  The colors can be mixed to achieve any color needed.
